Teaching: The Pinterest Extra Credit Assignment

A quick post—

This fall, I’m trying out Pinterest in my early U.S. history survey course. The idea is to create an intense, visual experience that is part PowerPoint replacement, part discussion board, and part museum or archive.

I’m not requiring students create a Pinterest account, but they will get extra credit for comments (if any of my students are reading this, I mean it! Many are the points you may earn!).
